At first, we are thinking of applying on our own as tapping a migration agency would mean extra cost. We thought we can do it ourselves, it will just take effort of reading and following instructions from the Immi site. We paused for a bit - and study all the risks we have on plate e.g my employer doesn’t have any experience on nominating an employee for PR etc. So we decided not to do it on our own and be safe - engaged Seek Migration via Cheryl Solis and Elaine Nunez (this is Plan A). On the first few months, we've noted challenges especially on gathering required docs from my employer and it last up to last stage of the visa process. We didn’t hit the deadline, and Immi set an extension for 3x! We came to a point wherein we are considering Plan B and Plan C should Plan A will fail. Cheryl and Elaine were very passionate and determined that we will get our PR in a matter of time. That assurance really helped us, plus tons of prayer to stay positive along the way. The amount of money we paid for their services is all worth it - their patience and effort for coordinating with my employer is just unmeasurable! They took extra mile closely liaising with my company. We now got our PR and were indeed very happy! We didn’t regret our decision to engage them.
